David Yeo, Of Counsel

David Yeo served as a judge at various courts across Korea, including the Uijeongbu District Court, Seoul Southern District Court and Changwon District Court, and also accumulated significant judicial experience as a Presiding Judge at the Suwon District Court, Seoul Central District Court and Seoul Eastern District Court. He has handled numerous narcotics cases, including securing a suspended sentence for a defendant with a prior conviction involving methamphetamine use. He further expanded his expertise through roles such as Research Judge at the Supreme Court of Korea and Chief Judge of the Yeongdong Branch of the Cheongju District Court, gaining broad judicial experience. He also represented the Ministry of Health and Welfare in pharmaceutical pricing litigation, achieving a successful outcome and receiving a Ministerial Commendation for his work.
