Benjamin Koh has provided legal advisory services to numerous corporate clients, including drafting and reviewing franchise agreements and confidentiality agreements for public institutions, and has achieved favorable outcomes in a wide range of civil and criminal corporate matters in Korea. In addition, he has handled various civil cases such as ownership transfer litigation against municipal governments and declaratory judgment actions confirming the non-existence of debt against private moneylenders. He has obtained multiple non-prosecution decisions and acquittals in criminal matters involving property crimes, sexual offenses and traffic offenses, and is known for his ability to quickly develop effective legal strategies even when civil claims such as damages actions arise from related criminal matters. Currently at SJKP's Asian headquarters, Mr. Koh advises on corporate legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, and represents clients in civil, criminal and administrative litigation.
