Overview
As a criminal defense attorney in Korea, Dylan Park has represented clients in a wide range of matters including economic crimes, sexual offenses, arson, assault, battery, defamation, insult, traffic crimes and corporate criminal investigations. He is also experienced in civil litigation, having handled numerous damages claims, loan disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes, medical disputes and adultery-related civil actions, establishing strong expertise across both criminal and civil practice. In the corporate sector, he has advised on industrial safety compliance, KOSPI transfer listings for major corporations and a variety of other corporate matters. Mr. Park continues to serve as a legal advisor to multiple companies and public institutions, and acts as a member of School Violence Deliberation Committees, through which he has managed a significant number of school violence and juvenile crime cases. This has given him substantial experience navigating the criminal, civil and administrative issues that arise in matters involving minors. He also holds the qualification of Foreign Legal Adviser in Singapore, which enables him to provide guidance on international legal issues and cross-border transactions in addition to domestic matters.
