Ike Lee, Of Counsel

Ike Lee began his legal career in Korea as a prosecutor at the Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office and went on to serve for approximately seventeen years in various positions, including Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutor at multiple district offices nationwide. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he handled major investigations, including special investigations into distressed corporations and financial and tax crime inquiries, gaining substantial experience in complex economic crime matters. In addition, while serving at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, he worked as a designated real estate specialist prosecutor, a background that has equipped him with strong expertise in criminal cases arising from real estate disputes. Drawing on this experience, he has successfully represented clients in condominium litigation, cooperative housing disputes, and lease-related cases, achieving favorable outcomes. At the SJKP's Asian headquarters, Ike leverages his experience in corporate criminal cases, property crimes, sexual offense cases, and real estate-related criminal matters. He has secured numerous successful results, including proving the innocence of wrongfully accused clients and obtaining non-prosecution decisions or suspended sentences even in cases where charges were partially acknowledged.
