Steven Lim, Of Counsel

Steven Im served in Korea as Chief Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor, and Prosecutor at various district and high prosecutors’ offices nationwide, handling major cases involving violent crimes, national security matters, special investigations, maritime accidents, intellectual property disputes and crimes involving public officials. Through these roles, he has developed extensive investigative experience and deep practical insight. He is also a Korean Bar Association-certified specialist in criminal law, having managed numerous high-profile criminal cases and built strong litigation capabilities. In addition, through his work as Legal Counsel to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), he has gained experience providing strategic advice across a wide spectrum of corporate legal matters, giving him broad expertise that spans both criminal defense and corporate advisory work.
