Scarlett Choi has provided legal advisory services and litigation support to numerous pharmaceutical companies and corporate clients, building extensive experience and expertise across the pharmaceutical and business sectors in Korea. She has helped minimize corporate legal risk in cases such as administrative litigation challenging business suspension penalties following an accounting audit of a major pharmaceutical company, litigation seeking to overturn a two hundred million KRW surcharge and special-management designation imposed by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and unjust enrichment claims involving disputes over management control and shareholder rights. She has also contributed to corporate stability through advisory work on Korea Exchange eligibility reviews for a biotechnology company’s listing, joint management procedures involving creditor financial institutions, and responses to accounting audits and related investigations for an energy company.
