Overview
Simon Cho, Head of the Civil and Arbitration Group at the SJKP Asian headquarters, built extensive experience in civil litigation during his tenure as a judge at the Chuncheon District Court, the Miryang Branch of the Changwon District Court and the Changwon District Court in Korea. Drawing on his judicial background, he has successfully resolved numerous complex civil disputes with a strong understanding of courtroom practice. He has also served as a Civil Mediation Committee Member at the Gangneung Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, as Legal Counsel to the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), and as Legal Counsel to the Gangneung City Government. Through these roles, he has gained deep insight into administrative and civil litigation as well as various forms of dispute resolution.
