David Reed, Of Counsel

David L. Reed, Esq., spent nearly twenty years working internationally with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, negotiating contracts and licenses, buying and selling companies and product lines, and resolving regulatory and employment matters. Since returning to Syracuse in 2009, David has grown Reed CNY Business Law by satisfying each client’s unique needs, whether they are a for-profit or not-for-profit corporation, involved in manufacturing or sales, and whether they are large or small. His clients are located in New York and many other states within the US, as well as in Korea, France, the UK, Qatar and Israel. David helps each prepare for immediate risks and identify long-term opportunities. He is currently the Adjunct Professor for International Business Transactions at the Syracuse University College of Law, and the immediate past president of the Entrepreneurial Society of Central New York. David earned his B.A. at Dartmouth College, graduating at the age of twenty, and received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law. He has passed bar exams and been admitted to practice in the states of Massachusetts, New York and Florida, and is currently admitted to the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District for the Second Circuit.
